Solve : BEST WISHES?

Answer»

So you best be giving them to somebody that will, you know- use them.

Or you could frame them with a gold picture frame. Just be sure not to use the certificates to buy the frame, otherwise you'll find it quite difficult to explain to their management why you need to KEEP the certificate and also TAKE the frame. An STD? technically, I guess that would be a gift by Broni's definition.

Not exactly a gift anybody would appreciate, though.
