OK well I'm getting this error right at the end of the installation

That's the error in full , looked around google most links are pointing me to windows vista help and i am indeed a windows x-p home user 32 bit . Prior to installation i was having no issue's what so ever .

Sounds like a corrupted download...grab a fresh copy and try again.KK will do patio , thanks. I will let you know if it WORKS. You're Welcome...you should be able to install it right over the top of the failed install.
