Solve : Automatic Delete Filter in Outlook??? |

Answer» So this problem has been BUGGING me like crazy! In my Microsoft Outlook, my hotmail account automatically DELETES mail that appears with a certain heading type. This mail is only DELETED from my hotmail inbox, therefore, it is all my non-junkmail. The mail that is deleted appears with a heading carrying the icon of a piece of paper with the top right CORNER folded down. It is located in the column under "Header Status." The button MARKING this column looks like an envelope with an arrow by its bottom right corner pointing down. It seems like outlook automatically deletes this mail once it is in my inbox. When I take it out of my deleted folder and put it back into the inbox, it deletes it again! I could really use some advice. |
