Solve : AT&T Networks Blocking Websites?

Answer»

The title above is from a POST  on AT&T Community Forums and one would think that it is real and not just somebody wanting to make trouble. I have copied one post quoted below.

AT&T Networks Blocking Websites IP Addresses

I am a website builder and several of my websites as well as my customers that are having trouble viewing their websites through any AT&T network. They work perfectly FINE on other networks and all other technical issues have been checked. After spending an hour on the phone with still no answer I found several posts here stating the same problems that I am experiencing.

Please tell me what I have to do to allow the sites that I build to be accessible through the AT&T networks.

Thank you.
The link  above GIVES other posts related to this. It is not an isolated case.  However, some  times it may be the security settings of your browser and not AT&T. To TEST, use another computer with another browser.
Personally I had had something that feels like this, but  said thing has not been resolved yet. My only guess is that some sites have problems with SSL certification or something like that.

It was dismissed as just a troll wanting attention.
