CLEANUP
Ccleaner
(During install, uncheck the Yahoo Toolbar option)
(After install, set Options>Advanced> 'Uncheck the 48 hour box')

Run the cleaner and also scan for issues.

Defrag your HDD then re-boot.

If you want to GO further you can disable unecessary services and startup PROGRAMS.
