Make the text you want in Photoshop, shrink it, STRETCH it, and then emboss it with a silver background...

I'd say it was made with your basic cursive font, but it might have been squed.
Make the text you want in Photoshop, shrink it, STRETCH it, and then emboss it with a silver background...
