Answer» everytime a video TRIES to load on my pc, whether its using WINDOWS media player, internet explorer or kazaa etc. the video attempts to load, but then freezes, and the dialog box saying 'PROGRAM name has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience' and asks to send an error REPORT appears and then whichever program i was using closes. this is really annoying me as i cant watch any videos or anything!! please help!!!!Which operating system are you using? Also, have you tried running a Windows Update by gong to http://www.microsoft.com ? [glb]Flame[/glb]windows XP. yea ive got al current UPDATES :-/What video card do you have?
