Answer» i have just had to reboot my 98 pc with the start up disk. but it still wont work it boots then appears with a black screen saying: C:\&GT; what do i need to write in or do? C:\> shows that you have MANAGED to BOOT to DOS and you now have access to your pc. Try typing Exit or Win to see if it will go on to boot to Windows.
