I can't access the DISPLAY icon from my 'Control Panel'. I get the following message:

"This operation has been CANCELLED due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

I have VERIFIED that the user I'm using has 'Administrator rights. What else can I check?Are you using Spybot S&D?
