Solve : A trippy login problem!?

I recently fixed my Internet then shut down, and when I reloaded I had a login screen with the username "aspnet". I have no idea what it is, where I came from, nor do I know the password to login! Did I press something I shouldn't have? What's the password?

I could use the HELP. No one else seems to have this PROBLEM.What browser? What ADDRESS is in the address BAR?That's the problem. I'm not logged into my computer. I'm simply at the bootup login screen and it won't let me by.
