I had just participated in a 50k "experiment" my old company paid for to increase worker PRODUCTION & value. It consisted of all managers and a few office employees (myself) being the later. I was HAND picked and only like 24 at the time and contributed greatly to this brain washing scheme and THOUGHT "I was da MAN" being called on for more responses in class than most. 1 week after completing this ISO-related European brain washing ( Adizze Process-something) , One of the owners 2 SONS who ran the company, walked up behind me @ 4:55pm on Friday. He laid the your fired papers on my desk and walked away not saying a word! The next Monday I found out I was the 1st of 7 company firings. To all the young people out there, work hard and never expect a thing from no-one. Times have changed and there is NO LOYALTY in American business since the 70's, and try doing something that could save yourself bigtime. It's called a SAVINGS ACCOUNT +Use it!
