Probably can get away with fair use on the short clips, but would IMAGINE that the use of foot loose in whole is a copyright violation.OK , but if its freely available on utube is it not out there for everyone to use/copy what everThis has some awesome editing. There's Kenny Loggins' record label that could request the video to be taken down (unless the author of the video received permission) for copyright. That is on top of the clips. ALBEIT small, the clips could be ground for a movie COMPANY making a copyright removal request, too (once again, unless the author has received permission for all those clips. Youtube USUALLY doesn't (or shouldn't) hunt for infringing clips without a copyright claim, however. Admire the video!!ok thanks for that ThomasTheXPUser Great video! I loved it! |
