We have,

8m+ 5N = 9..........(1)
3m + 2N = 4.........(2)

Now,

We multiply eq,(1) by 3 and eq.(2) by 8

it means,
8m + 5n = 9....× 3
and
3m + 2n = 4 .....×8

We get,

24m + 15N = 27........(3)
24m + 16n = 32........(4)

Now,we subtract eq(3) from eq(4).

we get,

n = 5

Now,put this value of n in eq(2)

then,

3m + 2×5 = 4
3m + 10=4
3m=4 - 10
3m = -6
m = -2

So,
value of n is 5 and Value of m is -2.
