Answer» 3X+8)/(x+2) 
=(3x+ 6 + 2)/(x+2) 
= 3 + 2/(x+2) as X is an integer 0 or an other integer 2/(x+2)

x=0 

(3x+8)/(x+2) = 8/2 = 4
