I saw this show once I think last year and it was pretty decent though a little too slow in spots and on the DRAMATIC side (egging on failing old-movie star careers I'm sure)... [highlight] not sure what this post might generate?[/highlight]

Oct. 4, 2006 - It’s a regular affectation of television critics to declare this or that show—“Lost,” “The Wire,” “House”—the “best show on television.” I am not a television critic, nor can I claim to have watched nearly enough TV to back up such a blanket assertion. But let me just say that “Battlestar Galactica,” which starts its third season this week on the SCI Fi Channel (premiering FRIDAY night at 9 p.m. ET), is indisputably, hands-down and without question, the best show on television.

FINALLY! A reason to continue living! I was looking forward to this.. Now just onwards to the second season of invasion..Stargate SG-1 was the best show on TV, and they took it off. But then, you know what they say about opinions.i never really watched EITHER one.. but i do watch the sci-fi channelSG1 was fairly good, I agree - but BG is better, IMHO. More credible, very stylish, and hot dang! Some of the villains are SEXY! I liked the petty officer. It's refreshing to know that Star Trek has ran so long

and never really had to resort to porn.
