The full message was 1607:  Unable to install InstallShield scripting runtime.  Occured when trying to update/install Quick Time.  Some fixes asked me to edit the Registry which I absolutely don't want to mess with.  Any ideas?  Replace the quocktime virus with quicktime alternative
