Answer» Hi, I have Win NT 4.0 Sp6 16 BIT programs don't run in it. Whenever i try to run a 16 bit one, ntvdm takes 100% of cpu and no need to SAY the result. Do i have to change some settings. What's the diff. between command.com and cmdThe SHORT answer.... I have no idea. I use cmd.Great work Fed! Keep it up.
