Answer» An element will be stable only when it will have 2 or 8 electrons in its outer most shell or energy level You can\'t make a element stable but ususally it depends upon electronic configuration.If the ec has to be octect or duplet configuration then it is stable.EG:Helium,Argon and etc. |
