LET US ASSUME that \large\mathsf{3+2{\sqrt{5}}} is rational...

Then we get,

\large\mathsf{3+2{\sqrt{5}}={\frac{p}{q}}}, Where, p and q are integers, and q≠0

\large\implies\mathsf{2{\sqrt{5}}={\frac{p}{q}}-3={\frac{p-3q}{q}}}

Here, LHS \large\mathsf{{\sqrt{5}}} is irrational, where as RHS represents a rational number.

Thus LHS≠RHS \large\implies our assumption is wrong, \large\mathsf{3+2{\sqrt{5}}} is not rational, it is irrational...
