3=120y-120(y-2)/y(y-2)

3(y^2-2y)=240

3y^2-6y-240=0

Divide by 3 on both sides

y^2-2y-80=0

y^2-10y+8y-80=0

y(y-10)+8(y-10)=0

(y-10)(y+8)=0

y-10=0. y+8=0

y=10. y= -8

€y=10

X=120/y

X=120/10

X=12
