Roads, canal, Railway etc are being constructed on field owned by individual? why? |

Answer» Because this all things are of PUBLIC INTEREST and if GOVERNMENT don't have any other place to construct them then they have complete authority to take this land for construction purpose. as it's clearly mentioned in our constitution that if government needs land for public welfare they can purchase private lands by giving compensation to the OWNERS glad to help u... |
