His sons always quarreled with one another.Every other day they used to find reasons to have furious arguments with each other because of which he became fed up of them.One day, he decided to give them a lesson to end these quarrels once and forever. So he requested his sons to gather in the living room where a table was present on which a number of sticks were placed. He asked each one of them to break a stick one by one. The sons did as tgey were asked easily. Then he tied those sticks together and asked each one of them to break it at once. But then none of them was able to break the bundle of sticks. At this, the old man exclaimed, "All of you were unable to break this bundle of sticks but could easily break one stick at a time. Do you know why? This was because STRENGTH LIES IN UNITY and by this I want you all to imply this in your own lives." Then he asked his sons to promise him that they will never fight with each other again and remain as one happy family.
