So all countries of world have mentioned fundamental rights along with fundamental duties. In Indian culture, emphasis has been always given to duties instead of rights. In basic constitution, there was no mention of duties of citizens.In 1976 by 42nd amendment of constitution in chapter IV A, ten duties were added for citizens.
