Answer» 1. According to this paragraph there is no full employment in agriculture. 2. Partial employment is there. It means many people depend on agriculture but they are not fully employed. 3. If some of them move to another sector it will not affect the production. 4. In other words, it is called disguised unemployment. There are so many farmers like Gayathri owning about 2 or less acres of land. 5. All the five members are working in the same fields though they don’t have sufficient work. 6. My suggestion is that the government should collect data of this situation throughout the state and prepare plans to provide work by implementing programmes like MGNREGA, Watershed Development Program, Water Conservation Movement (Neeti Samrakshana Udyamam), and other activities. 7. Thus the people are engaged in some useful work and so they get sufficient work and improve their living conditions. |
