Offsprings are genetically not identical to parents or to each other. Reproduction taking place by the help of asexual parts (without fusion of gametes) is called asexual reproduction. Asexual reproduction involves only a single PARENT. Offsprings produced are genetically identical to the mother and to each other offsprings. |
