Properly explain five rational numbers between 3 and 4 |
|
Answer» Step 1: Just MULTIPLY 3 and 4. You get 12. Step 2: Now we NEED to obtain two rational numbers whose common DENOMINATOR is 12. The numerator of 1st rational number is 3×12=36. 2nd numerator is 4×12=48. Hence the rational numbers are 36/12 and 48/12. Step 3: 36/12 and 48/12 are nothing but 3 and 4. Now, we can find plenty of rational numbers between these both. They are 37/12, 38/12, 39/12 ..............46/12, 47/12 That's it. It's as simple as that. Just practice multiple questions of the same TYPE and you'll find it easy. Hope this helps!!! |
