{45}^{0} + 2x + x + {15}^{0} = {180}^{0} \\ 2x + x + {15}^{0} = {180}^{0} - {45}^{0} \\ 3x + {15}^{0} = {135}^{0} \\ 3x = {135}^{0} - {15}^{0} \\ 3x = {120}^{0} \\ x = \frac{120}{3} \\ x = 40
