average = 44x + (1+2......43))/44

1+2+3......43 = 43/2. ( 2 + 42)

= 43 × 44/2 = 43 × 22 = 946

So 44x + (946) = 144× 44

44x + 946 = 6336

44x= 6336-946 = 5390

x= 5390/44 = 122.5

largest = x+43 = 122.5+43 = 165.5

So UR QUESTION Is wrong

its some printed mistake

average can't be 144 here as per option
