Calculation part is done here. For question 1. Construction:- Join EC to X on line AB such that EX is a line. So, we get, $\angle EXB=100\degree$ (Since, line CD and AB are parallel) Now, $\angle EXA=180\degree-100\degree=80\degree$ . By angle sum PROPERTY,we get, $x + 50 \degree + 80 \degree = 180 \degree$ After calculation, we get, $x = 50 \degree$ $50\degree$ The value of x is . For question 2. Construction:- Join C to X on line AB such that EX is a straight line. So, $\angle CXB=105\degree+15\degree=120\degree$ (Since, exterior angle is equal to the sum of opposite interior angles). Now, Corresponding angles are equal, so, $x=\angle CXB=120\degree$ The value of x is $120\degree$ .
