Due to its indefinite molecular structure and less force of interaction between it's particles it has neither definite shape and volumne. Ans3. This OCCURS due to a phenomenon called diffusion as the particles get DIFFUSED into the air and then reaches us we get the smell of the food being cooked. Ans4. This is because when molecules of gases are loosely packed as compared to the molecules of liquid and the GAS particles diffuse into the gases more rapidly than the particles of liquid and hence diffusion occurs more rapidly in gaseous particles.
