We have given,

pH at strong acid = 3.0

∴ -log [H+] = 3

[H+] = 10-3M

Concentration of H+ ion After diluting 100 times

= 10-3/100

= 10-5 M

Therefore, the pH of final solution 

= - log 10-5

= 5

Hence, the pH of solution, After dilution, 100 times, will becomes 5.
