1.	Pest resistant plants can be developed by genetic engineering. Explain how RNAi is successful in this area?
Answer» In this process, nematode specific genes are introduced into the host plant through agrobacterium, it produce both sense and antisense RNA, since this two RNAs are complementary to each other, form a dsRNA, RNAi is operated and the nematode can’t produce proteins.
