The whole process starts with the reproduction in the flowers – pollination and then the pollen is transferred from one stigma to another or sometimes the same flower. The pollen grains then SHIFT to ovule where two sperm nuclei pass through the tube and one will fertilize the egg to produce a ZYGOTE. Another one will form ENDOSPERM nucleus with polar nuclei. In the end, SEEDS are formed. |
