Answer» Solution :Concave mirrors are used in the design of solar furnaces. When a solar furnace is PLACED at the FOCUS of a large concave MIRROR (called REFLECTOR), it focuses a parallel beam of light on the furnace, as a result a TEMPERATURE is achieved after some time.
