Functions of aqueous humour: 

(i) Gives nutrition to non-vascular lens and cornea; 

(ii) Helps in inflating eye ball and gives shape to the eye; 

(iii) Supports the lens; and 

(iv) Refract the light rays to focus on retina.

Functions of vitreous humour: 

(i) Helps in maintaining shape of the eye; 

(ii) Supports retina and lens; and 

(iii) Refracts the light rays.
