The type of barrier of innate immunity involving HISTAMINE and PROSTAGLANDINS is known as inflammatory barrier.

Inflammatory barrier: 
When a microbe infects the body, their is a RELEASE of prostaglandins and histamine from the muscles which cause INFLAMMATION. As a result of this, the permeability of the capillary wall to phagocytes and some fluid containing serum proteins (antibacterial property) increases. This helps in the destroying the microorganisms.
