They cannot get admission in schools in their parents workplace without transfer certificate. 4. Schools in their native place refuse to take them when they come back. 5. When parents migrate, the elder child especially the girl child, has to take care of the younger siblings. 6. Due to the above reasons, the children become dropouts.
