Let breadth be x

Length of recatngle = 3x - 4

Perimeter = 110

2 × ( L + B) = 110

L + B = 55

x + 3x - 4 = 55

4x = 59

x = 59/4 = 14.75

So, Length is 14.75 units

Breadth = 3 × 14.75 - 4 = 40.25 units
