=> 2 ( 2b - 16 + b) = 100
=> 3b - 16 = 100/2
=> 3b - 16 = 50
=> 3b = 66
=> b = 22 cm

length = 2 x 22 - 16 = 44 - 16 = 28 cm

Hence, length = 28 cm and breadth = 22 cm
