Answer» Because energy is released in respiration. Yes it is an exothermic when we eat food like rice,potato,etc it contains carbohydrates . On digestion carbohydrates are converted into glucose. During respiration the air we breathe,which oxidize the glucose into CO2,H2O and heat which provides sufficient energy As E is realising by this process.. |
