LET the unknown angle be x ∠1:∠2=3x:2x ∠1+∠2=180 o
3x+2x=180 o
5x=180 o
x=36 o
=> ∠1=3×36 o =108 o
=> ∠2=2×36 o =72 o
We know that vertically opposite angles are equal. ∠1=∠3=108 o
∠2=∠4=71 o
We know that corresponding angles are equal. ∠1=∠5=108 o
∠2=∠6=71 o
∠4=∠8=71 o
∠3=∠7=108 o
∴ ∠1=∠5=∠3=∠7=108 o and ∠2=∠6=∠4=∠8=71 o
