=>27(-1/27) -a(-1/9) +1/3 +3 = 0
=>-1+(a/9) +1/3 +3 =0
=>(-9+a+3+27)/9 =0
=>(-9+a+3+27)= 0
=> a+21 =0
=>a =(-21)
