Answer» Let the correct tym of arrival be t given train moves with 40kmph let the distance covered is x km tym taken is x/40 this tym is 11 MINUTES late then the correct one so t = x/40+11 .......(1) similarly ANOTHER eq is t = x/50 +5 ......(2) EQUATING (1) &(2) x/40 +11 = x/50+5 x/50 -x/40 =6 40x-50x/200 = 6 -10x/200 =6 x is -120 km but since distance cant be -ve distance covered is 120 km
