Strangely though, on their Wagon ride from the railway station through the pine woods, the weather was present in enchanting; but the moment they near The Canterville chase, the mood outside turned ghastly and dull. It started pelting.Once, they were inside the house and Mrs. Umney, the housekeeper was serving the empty, Mrs Otis spotted a huge red stain just by the fireplace.
