2N + m -h= 5n+3m -h

LHS = 2n +m - h

and,

RHS = 5n +3m - h

RHS - LHS = 0

Therefore,

5n -2n +3m -m -h+h =0

3n + 2m = 0.

Hence,

M = 3n/2 is the desired relation between n and m.
