CHECK it out to which carbon it is connected to.-If it is connected to the carbon which is 1° (Linear) then it MEANS its primary.-If it is connected to the carbon which is 2°(means functional group is connected to the carbon which is connected from two other sides of carbon chain) then it means its secondary.-If it is connected to the carbon which is 3°(means functional group is connected to the carbon which is connected from THREE other sides of carbon chain) then its tertiary.Thank You-Soul |
