  1. Make SURE your PROJECT is OPEN.
  2. Click the Files tab in the Project Explorer.
  3. Right-click the Plan folder.
  4. Click New File.
  5. An untitled TESTPLAN file opens in the SilkTest testplan editor.
  6. Click File/SAVE menu to save the testplan.
