How to balance equation. |
|
Answer» For eg. H2 + O2 → H2O....Here no.of atoms in lhs...for hydrogen is 2 and oxygen is also 2....but in RHS no of atom in hydrogen is 2 but in oxygen it is only 1..so by balancing it become..2H2+O2→ 2H2O......In this no of atom in both side us equal...In LHS- H- 4, O-2...SAME IN RHS...H-4, O-2 To balance a chemical equation, start by writing down the number of atoms in each element, which is listed in the subscript next to each atom. Then, add coefficients to the atoms on each side of the equation to balance them with the same atoms on the other side |
