When the poor girl begins to cry, she caresses her with love and promises to look after her. She considers that in this way she will be able to boast about to her friends. यह रोचक बात है कि रोजमेरी गरीब लड़की के हेट और कोट फर्श पर ही छोड़ देती है, जब वह लड़की उसके शयनकक्ष में चाय पी रही होती है। जब गरीब लड़की रोने लगती है तो वह उसे प्यार से सहलाती है। और उसकी देखभाल करने का वादा करती है। वह यह मानती है कि इस प्रकार वह अपने मित्रों के बीच शेखी बघारने योग्य हो जायेगी। |
