Answer» Rain is an personification. So, it has a voice which speaks to the poet. As it said that "I am the poem of the Earth" because rain is the medium from which earth gets its beauty and get purified which means it help plant by giving water and helps in germination of seed. As rain is the tiny particle it locks the dust with in it to make earth clean/ it makes the earth pure by washing away all the dust form its tiny particle . Not yet clear brother Rain become the voice of earth because the when the rain come to earth by the process of water cycle process |
